Our 4 Step easy process
1. Upon arrival you will complete a confidential Health questionnaire.
This questionnaire will help us identify suitability and your area of focus.
2. We will then show you around our clinic, identify our washroom facilities and your private treatment room.
3. In your private room, we will review your Health Questionnaire.
We will use a diagram of the digestive system to help you understand the procedure, plus we will demonstrate the flow of water on the device.
4. Next we will explain how to prepare and position yourself on the purpose built device.
You will prepare in complete privacy.
Once positioned and covered with the privacy sheet provided, you will ring a door bell to invite us back to start the therapy with you.

MORE ABOUT THE ACTUAL THERAPY
The insertion nozzle we use, is medical grade plastic, individually sealed in sterile packaging and used only once.
For your comfort the nozzle we use is one of the smallest worldwide, a pencil-thin nozzle which easily and comfortably inserts once lubricated, the design of the device allows for only 1 inch insertion, we will demonstrate this.
The sensation during the therapy is very natural and not painful, initially you will get an urge to release your bowels every 10 seconds or so, once you have a feeling of needing to empty your bowls, simply push the water out just the same way you would have a normal bowel movement.
The water used is highly purified, regulated to body temperature and the flow is very gentle.
The warm purified water will gradually loosen up any feacal matter allowing you to evacuate it from your bowels naturally.
Each treatment lasts between 35 – 45 minutes on the device.
If you have a bowel movement every 10 – 15 seconds, you can expect over 150 natural bowel movements during 1 treatment.
The system we use is a gravity fed open system.
