Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellations
At Ucleanse, we strive to provide exceptional care and ensure that our schedule accommodates
the needs of all our clients. To help us achieve this, we have established the following
cancellation policy:
Notice Period:
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their
appointment. Deposits can be carried over for one rescheduled appointment only if an
appointment is rescheduled more than once a new deposit will be required to secure your
booking.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be
considered a “no-show” and will lose the full amount of their deposit.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to
unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess the
situation on a case-by-case basis.

Repeated Cancellations
Clients with frequent late cancellations or no-shows will be required to pay the entirety of the
booking fee for future bookings.
